What To Expect: New Chiropractic Patients in Essex Junction

In order to help you comfortable and prepared when you walk through our doors, we’ve provided a brief overview of our new patient process below:

New Patient Paperwork:

Before your first appointment, we’ll ask you to fill out new patient paperwork using Jane.App, as thoroughly as possible. This can be done online, even before you enter our office!

Office Tour:

Once you get here, we’ll give you a friendly tour of the office, where you can meet the staff and doctors who will be guiding you to optimal health.

Consultation:

It’s important for us to find out about your current condition, so that we can evaluate your symptoms and explain what we can offer to guide you to improved health.

Chiropractic Exam:

We will complete a full Chiropractic exam, which will provide an individual assessment, specific to you. From here we can better-determine the cause of your concerns, and what is needed to improve your current wellness needs.

X-Ray:

Dependent on your situation and needs, an assessment X-ray may be conducted to further-analyze your current condition.

Assessment:

When these steps are complete, our doctors will collect all of your data and assess the options available for your specific care plan.

Support is Welcome:

We encourage you to bring your family to this second appointment, if you desire! This will keep the important people in your life informed and updated on your treatment path.

Findings Report:

Our friendly doctors will go over all of the findings and information gathered on your day one visit.

X-Ray Analysis:

If applicable, the doctors will review any X-Rays taken on your previous visit.

Individual Care Plan:

Once all of your health information has been presented, your doctor will present your personalized, individual care plan designed to guide you to optimal health and improvement.
